 High performance water based epoxy primer for concrete and plaster surfaces that can be applied at wet film thickness levels from 5-10 mils.
- Can be applied as a heavy–bodied, block filler type of material to smooth out rough and pitted surfaces or as a conventional primer for smooth surfaces when thinned with a pint of water.
- Can be used as a barrier coat primer over rubber base pool coatings, so that you can topcoat with a solvent base epoxy.
- Can be applied over a damp surface.
