Important Information Before Placing Your Order:
Payment on all orders is by CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER, CASHIER'S CHECK OR PERSONAL CHECK.
- Orders paid by personal check may be held until check clears.
- There will be a $50.00 service charge for all checks returned for N.S.F.
- All item's are shipped by UPS. (Or freight if over 150lbs)
- Out of stock items or special order items may take up to one week for delivery
- All orders placed for home delivery will be paid in full upon delivery.

Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 p.m. PST
Sunday by appointment only.

Most items' will shipped within 48-72 hrs upon receiving your order request. If any item(s) are out of stock or are back ordered we will let you know when it will be shipped out. Shipping is by UPS ground, UPS Second day, UPS next day.
SHIPPING
- Please allow 7-14 days for UPS ground shipping.
- If you place your order on Friday please add 3 additional days to shipping time frame.
- We do not charge handling or box charges.
- All shipping charges will be added to order's placed with us unless you pick it up or we deliver it to you.
RETURN ITEM POLICY
- Returned items need to be APPROVED, before they are RETURNED, within 10 days from the date of purchase/receiving delivery dates will be verified.
- All returned items will need a recall tag if shipped UPS
- For local purchases you will need receipt
- Special order items may not be returned without contacting us first. Please call us before returning special order items
- All pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or other costs are non-refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all special order items.
- The restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
